Lion City Kitchen brings the comforting flavours of modern Singaporean street food to London. Our spicy burgers, tacos and fritters are made from scratch using quality ingredients. We are inspired by Singaporean street hawkers, grandma’s kitchen and years of culinary-led travel.

Lion City Kitchen is the culmination of all my years of eating, travelling and experimenting. I started hosting supper clubs in my home in Southeast London, because I was intensely homesick and longed for the food I grew up with. From there, the adventure took flight.
No other place has influenced my cooking and thinking on food more than the Singaporean hawker centre. Humble, open to everyone, and home to some of the tastiest, and in my opinion, most sophisticated meals around. This is at the heart of my street food and is what I want to bring to the London food scene: a no-nonsense, no-compromise approach with big, bold flavours.

Our toasted tortillas come with spiced tomato rice, pickled red onion, cucumber and carrot, coriander, lettuce, coriander, sliced red chillies and sriracha mayo.
Rendang Beef – Six hour slow cooked shin and brisket in our signature homemade rendang spice paste and coconut milk
Char Siu Pork – Pulled pork braised in a peppery, five-spice sauce
